So I've been lurking around here for a while when I saw someone say fruta planta contained 18 mg of sibutramine. Now I looked up what the highest dosage a doctor could give a patient and apparently, it only goes up to 15 mg. That kinda freaked me out since I've already bought the pills and I'm still desperate to shed some pounds. Then I remembered how as a kid, my mom would tear open capsules that I have a tough time swallowing and just mix it with yogurt. Can't I just do the same and pour half the contents of the pill into yogurt or something? Will it cause any side affects? The manufacturer's webpage doesn't even list all the ingredients. I took sibrutamine and it did an amazing job. I was losing weight fast and lost 30 pounds in no time loved the results. Though I started having headaches and dry mouth but i was still ok with that since I loved the results. But then I started getting abdominal pain which resulted in liver problems, jaundice, and gal stones all because of the pills.
