Occasionally I forget to take FloMax with food. Usually a severe stomach ache results. Do others have the same problem?

Yes, that can be a side effect, when you take this medication on an empty stomach, according to FDA reports. You may also experience dizziness, headache, and flatulence.

Overall, it would be best to make sure that you take it with food. Even a small snack may help.

Are you on any other medications?
