I have been on Sandoz Telmisartan 80 mg for many years and my pharmacy has switched me to Auro Telmisartan 80 mg. Is the Auro brand safe and comparable to Sandoz?

Yes, they are comparable, both are Telmisartan, just manufactured by different companies.

The typical Telmisartan side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, increased urination, headache, and hypotension.

Have you started taking it, yet? If so, how are you doing on it?

Re: VerFree (# 1)

I have been on the Sandoz Telmisartan for around 15 years and just a few weeks on the Auro Brand so at this point I would have to say the Jury's still out.
