What can be the effect of cortal aspirin during my 2nd or 3rd week of pregnancy? I am 3 months pregnant now. I am so nervous of what the cortal will cause to my baby? please help me.

Hi I am 20 yrs old. And I was informed that I'm 3weeks pregnant. But sad to say. I need to abort this because we're having a family problem and me and my boyfriend are still young to have this responsibility. Now I am taking 1cortal and 1can of pineapple juice per day. Can this lead to abortion? Please answer me. I need help

Is there any chance that my baby would be healthy after my labor? Because I took cortal during my 3rd week of pregnancy (6 pcs) with 300ml coke, and i also took medicol 500mg with beer the next day. Plz help me. What should I do? I'm scared of what might happen to my baby. Hope to hear from you soon.
