Hello, Brooke! How are you?
Are you certain that it's Reynaud's?
The numb fingertips, along with the burning sensation can be normal symptoms of it, but not the swelling and clubbing nails. The swelling is usually the entire finger or toe. You may need to get a second opinion. I've had it since I was a child, so I am well aware of its symptoms.
Are you on any other medications?
Additionally, there is a risk of this medication making it worse, because it can affect blood circulation, as listed by the FDA. Its other side effects may include nausea, dizziness and headache.
It took us several years to find a medication combination to treat my high blood pressure that didn't make me miserable with the Reynaud's.
