it did not work. you have to pay for s+h both ways. they also charge restocking fees of 15% or more.

RemTyme is an herbal supplement, touted to help promote better sleep.

It contains:

L-theanine ------------------------------------ 200 mg

Melatonin -------------------------------------- 2 mg


Magnesium (oxide) -------------------------- 250 mg

Chamomile extract (2% flavonoids) ------ 200 mg


Passionflower (4% vitexin) ----------------- 150 mg

Lemon balm ---------------------------------- 100 mg


Hops ------------------------------------------- 60 mg

As to whether or not it really helps or is used by astronauts, I cannot say.
