Question On The Concentration Of Floride Of My Tea

Ok I don't drink green/black/white tea anymore because of the high amount of fluoride it can absorb... I'm out of coffe too because it's too rough on my stomach...

I started drinking Guayaki Yerba Mate a little while ago , but there's not a lot of research made on the concentration of fluor in Yerba Mate. So I decided to send an email to the company itself and they told me that there is a concentration of .032mg of fluor by tea bag of 3 grams... I know that tap watter is being fluoridated at about .5 to .1 mg/liters... Does someone know if .032mg by 3grams tea bag is negligible, I drink 3 to 6 cups a day.
