Pill Ids - Lilly 05 And Pfizer 50

I am new and not sure if this is the right place to ask but I am very concerned at the moment.

I found pills in my son's room and have searched and searched but cannot identify them. I have asked around and I have been directed here by some recommendations.

They must be old pills or something. Where he got them I don't know yet.

One says "lilly 05" and the other is just a half pink half peach colored capsule that says "pfizer 50" twice. Also, since when did Dow make pills?

I have asked pharmacists and they say they don't know.

Any help is appreciated.

Damn, it's still a mystery. I have no idea where else to look. Any advice?

Hi catofthecanals. After reading your post, I've been diligently searching for a match to your pills, but have also come back empty handed. One thing I wanted to mention in the meantime though, is that we may have better luck contacting the manufacturers directly since we at least know who they are (Lilly & Pfizer).

I would be very surprised if the manufacturers themselves didn't know what their own pill imprints were, LOL.

On a related note, what is the color and shape of the pill marked "lilly 05"? Is it a capsule too? And are you based in the USA? Sometimes foreign pills are more difficult to find info on, so just thought I'd ask.

Thanks for any additional clues you may have and please do post back if you hear from either manufacturer.

thanks for your reply! i too searched and searched and i think i have reached a conclusion on the lilly one, its an old darvon compound 32 or 64 the pfizer one remains a complete mystery
