I am seeking a pain specialist for my sister whose own doctor died unexpectedly. She needs to get another doctor immediately. However, is having no success due to the fact that the insurance she has is Medicare, and Medicaid. PLEASE, any assistance is most welcome : )

Hello, Nana! How are you and your sister? Sorry about the problem that you're having.

However, the best suggestion I can make is to contact Medicare and Medicaid and ask who accepts it in your area, that would most likely be the easiest way to find a new doctor. They usually keep listings for people that are seeking.

Does anyone know of a good doctor in that area?

Go to the Medicare website and put Physician Compare in the search bar, then your city, state or zip.
