I haven't come across any specific details on a pill that fits this exact description per say, but I did want to ask you if there's any chance the imprint of "per" might actually say "par"? Reason I bring this up is partly because no one else has responded with an answer yet and due to the fact that Par Pharmaceuticals does make orange tablets that have the word "par" embedded or inked onto their pills.

Another clue that may help narrow down further search efforts is that "ES" is often used on pills as an abbreviation for "Extra Strength". Not sure if this is the case with your pill or not, but I just wanted to share my thoughts on the matter in hopes that someone else who's reading this might recognize it.
