I have only taken this pill twice and I am shaky, nauseous and loss of appetite. I am hoping it is because i am taking this pill. Please advise.

Have you consulted a doctor?

The loss of appetite and nausea can be side effects to this medication, but the shakiness is not normal. Thus, it is very important to consult a doctor to get to the root of the problem and discover whether or not it is the medication.

i am experiencing a severe, hacking, cough that is coincident after taking Omeprozole DR for five days. I have now had this cough for another five days. There is no cough medicine or syrup that will stop it. I also have hoarsness. Could these be side effects of this medication? My doctor is treating me for laryngitis, but with no relief.

I experience severe headache with this medication, I only took it one day and still feel headache for a day after. I am been treated for acid reflux which is causing a cough that doesn't go away for 6 weeks now.
I am taking apple cider vinegar and probiotics to treat the acid reflux. I am not taking this medicine anymore.

I have been taking omeprazole for many years and never had a problem until just recently when my pharmacy changed manufacturer. I recently had my script filled with KREMERS URBAN omeprazole and have had cramping everyday. Anyone else have this problem?

I, too, have issues with Kremers Urban omeprazol. Does not relieve my reflux at all and I have had cramping. It received an AB rating from the FDA which means it has problems which may or may not be resolved.

I wanted to reply to your post. The cough is more than likely from acid reflux not the meds, it happens to me all the time. At night acid burns your throat, it can even raise up into your sinuses and if your reflux is bad enough get into your lungs and cause infection.

I have been prescribed Omeprazole and I've been taking it for two weeks. For the past week I have been suffering with terrible headaches at the back of my head that radiates into my jaw and neck. It’s horrible. Sure it’s helped with the acid but if this is a side effect it’s surely not worth taking.
