Mohsin, no they are not exactly the same.

Olmesar-H contains the active ingredients Olmesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide, while Olmesar does not contains the Hydrochlorothiazide.



Mohan, what has your doctor advised? The Sildenadil, in Viagra, by its very nature increases blood flow and, by doing so, it may cause your blood pressure to drop, which can be dangerous for a patient that is taking medications to help lower their blood pressure.
