Generally, the prescription label on the bottle states whether or not it should be taken with food.
In this case however, I was able to search and see if there were any interactions found between (the three active ingredients in) this medication and food. Fortunately, according to my research there aren't any. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate.

Having said that, I personally would think that it's ok to take with "or" without food. If you'd like to feel reassured though, I'd suggest contacting a pharmacy or doctor in your local area.

I hope this helps!
