Hi, I am 33,I have been using Nur-strate for 7yrs straight after my daughters birth. My periods would come and go for the past 6yrs but now have stopped completely. I haven't had them for almost 6mnths and I have gained so much weight , I recently saw brown discharge which latest for 3 days but NO PERIODS. My nipples and the lower part of my abdomen are very sore... When I went for my last injection 2mnths ago the nurse suggested that it's time to change to the pill.. Is this a good idea or should I try something else to bring back my periods?? PLEASE HELP...
