my son 43 year old is taking carbamazipine 1800mg daily to stop the convulsions due to damage of left frontal lobe in a road accident and post operative fits after burhole surgery.since one year he is suffering from sliding hiatus hernia and nexpro-l is being given twice he is sleeping 20 hours daily and has become bed ridden due to it due to nexprol reaction with carbamazipine.

Regarding ur query I want share my experience of taking nexpro l. I was advised nexpro l by my doctor for gas problem. After 20 days of taking tablet twice a day I realised that I have become dizzy, I needed sleep of at least 11 hours, I couldn't work in office . So u may take advice from doctor to change medicine of possible.
