Need Help About Positive Cocaine Drug Test

I have never used the drug cocaine a day in my life. I took a drug test for work and it came back positive for cocaine. Afterwards I was told to get my kidneys checks cause I have kidney damage, so could this be why I came up positive for cocaine?
