Medicaid Clearwater
UpdatedHi, im on ssi and have Medicaid. just moved here and have been out of all 17 scripts since the 13th. i have just got my new fl medicaid card and ssi transferred. can anyone tell me a doctor to go to in Clearwater that will help me with all of my medications and care? i have all my bottles and medical records. all should be easy, just don't know where to start or whom will actually help me with my care. Thank you and one that believes in pain medicine and non judgmental, cause im not that person. my records prove that!
