i need to know what this medication is for ## Hi cris, In english this is called Loratadine and Betamethasone. Loratadine is used to temporarily relieve the symptoms of hay fever (allergy to pollen, dust, or other substances in the air) and other allergies. It is also used to treat itching and redness caused by hives. Betamethasone is a potent glucocorticoid steroid with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. It is used to treat the itching, redness, dryness, crusting, scaling, inflammation, and discomfort of various skin conditions. I am just wondering what this type of medication is, as far as I can remember it is for gas but I am not sure after this long of a time period, the only markings on the pill is a capital L and a line separator on it and then a 10 and then completely blank on the other side. I tried matching Loratadine with it but it does not match as the numbers on any of those don't match. ## I find it odd that someone else here in the forums also mentioned this pill to be Loratadine, yet I can't seem to locate any specific details on it. Wondering if anyone has any idea what type of medication this is? ## Hello, The closest match I could find has the imprint 013 on a white oval shaped pill; which has been identified as Loratadine-D 12 hour (5mg/120 mg). This is an antihistamine drug primarily used in the treatment of hay fever. NOTE: I could not find a photo of the pill, so at this time there's nothing to determine whether or not the lettering was black on this oval pill. Hi, I have small round and flat white tablets/pills (not sure of the difference sorry). They are not sugar coated. On one side a capital R is printed, on the other is the number 10. My sister has lots of these loose in a bag and i'm concerned about her.
