do people use this pill for a buzz...is it addicting im worried a about a freind.. ## This contains 300mgs of Lithium, medically it is used as a mood stabilizer. It has can be abused and addictive if someone does so. Have you tried asking them about it?

Lithium Carbonate - 300mg ## That is correct for this tablet, thank you for the post! Lithium is used to treat many different mood issues and mental problems. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, weight gain and thirst. Read more: Does anyone have any questions?

2004 i was diagnoised with cirvical cancer,lost my home while in hospt.,basically lost my mind,physclgst. perscbd. me this wonderful drug,when i was feelin great i quit takin meds. well my cancer has since spread 2 lungs&possbly. heart,gettin that bad feeling again,but not really wanting to go back 2 theopy,what would u recomend??drs. shrinks,ect,it was a wonderful to feel normal once more,but this time drs. are giving me 6%chance of living,the cancer got me good this go round,i do take xanax,4 nerves,but its the reilzation that i will more than likely not make it this go round even w/all the chemo,should i maybe go ahead and give it a try,just to cover &depression that i feel oncoming again?? i,d had probally takin my life be-4 they got me on lithium,it truly saved my life,my m...

I have been on Lithium for 15 yrs and do great while on it. Whenever I've tried to taper it, I decompensate quickly. How bad is it for me to be on Lithium my whole life? (I do have tests every year or so for kidneys, EKG, etc., and so far, no problems) ## Drugs effect different people in different ways, no one will have the same reaction to taking them and the same effects from the length of time on them. The only way to decide if it is safe for you to take them for many more years is to discuss this with your doctor.
