I've found a light blue, oblong, fairly large (approx 20mm wide) pill. C25 embossed on one side, and a line dividing it in two on the other side.

Yeah I'm having trouble finding a definite match on this one as well. Can you tell me what country you are from? That might help to narrow some things down. For example, usually tablets within the USA are easier to pin down because their markings are regulated. There is also a chance that this one could either be a really new marking, an over the counter product, or a prescription med outside the USA. Are there any other details which you could share? Packaging? Manufacturer?
