I am unaware of the lethal dose as that is dependent on weight, medical history, and other specifications. Below is some dosing information for Ativan (Lorazepam):
The usual recommended adult dose is (2 mg) to (6 mg) per day divided into smaller doses. Dosages may vary from (1 mg) - (10 mg) daily. It is important that you follow the dosing regime that was prescribed by your doctor to ensure that you are taking an amount that won't be harmful to you.
