Sadly, as Richard has experienced, these are actually a supplement, so they are not actually proven to help with anything.
Though the FDA does warn that they may cause nausea, headache, and stomach pain, in some people that take them.
If you are on any other medications, you should also double check, before adding any additional medications, or supplements.

L-FLAV tablets are Lipoflavenoid and are supposed to stop ringing in your ears. The only thing that they did for me was take my money
