Kidney Disease False Positive Drug Test
UpdatedTested positive for THC in a urine test at work. Have never in my life had cannabis. How is this possible?

Yes, false positives on drug tests are possible if you suffer from kidney diseases, it is even possible if you just have a kidney infection.
What you might need to do is discuss this issue with your doctor, so they can explain the problem to your place of employment. They can probably write a letter or fax them the appropriate information on it.
