Jevity 1.2

I have a friend that lost her husband only a fed days after getting a new supply of Jevity. The company will not take it back and with the bills she does not need to let it go bad. Is there anyone in our area that might be using it that would buy it. She could use whatever we could get for it. We are in Newport News, Virginia

Actually there is something that can be done with it. Oley Foundation helps facilitate patient to patient donations like this. oley.org/equipexchange.html
If not Oley, you can donate to an Animal shelter and they can use the formula to feed their cats.
If it something that can only be obtained by prescription, then the resale of it would be illegal.
The reason the company won't let her return it is due to government regulations. Once it is out of their hands and in the hands of a person, it is difficult to ensure that no tampering has occurred. The same would apply going from one person to another.

I am sorry for her loss and what she is going through, but unfortunately, there really isn't much that can be done, in this instance.
Are there any questions or comments?
