Intolerable Side Effects

Just how prevelent is fatigue and weight gain a side effect of prozac? Because both of these are totally unacceptable and I would not take Prozac if I could expect to experience either one.

They can be side effects, however, not all people experience them. The only way to find out is to try it. You cannot go by what happens to other people.

I found both of these to effects to be quite the OPPOSITE!!!!!!!

Been taking prozac for a little more than a year for dep.anx.ocd. It got to the point of not being able to do anything.i was scared to take any kind of medication .but got to the point that i had to ,i couldent even eat without thinking i was choking! prozac fixed all that. but at a cost.my feelings are just about gone.my moral compass is out of wack things i would never have done before i see as no big deal. needless to say it has effected my marriage severly.i want to stop taking it .recently went down to slowly to 5mg aday and my troubles were still there waiting. feel like a traped rat any advice would be great. thanks
