How Long Does Heroin Stay In Your Urine (Top voted first)

I took a half a gram of Heroin on Friday but don't dose regularly. I weigh 157 and am a 5'7 female. If I have a UA on Monday will it show up?

I'm a female, 20 years of age. About 5'6'' and 135lbs.. I get "random" colored called drug tests done. If I use (heroin) (a 20 bag) on Saturday after 12 noon will it be out of my system by Monday 6:30pm? How do I speed up the process so I do not fail? Any help..

I'm 140lbs. Age 20 Used one shot of dope, and I'm wondering how long roughly before it leaves my system? Need to test clean and have between four to five days in between tests. Should I be good? Any feedback helps. Any personal experiences?

I smoked 2gram if heroin and I have a urine test tommorow Tuesday!! I am really worries as I need this test to test positive for methadone but negative for opiates. I have been drinking loadsa water, I have done this a number of times and passed but gave myself 48hours this time it's been 40hours. Will I pass and what can help me pass

I ve smoked heroin on sunday night and am getting urine tested on thursday or friday will it be out my urine by then? and is there anything i can do to help or, like drink lots of fluids or excersize? or is that not true? LISTEN PEOPLE: HERE'S YOUR ANSWER (FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE OF URINE TESTS FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS)
To my personal experience, THE ANSWER IS YOU NEED 72 HOURS MINIMUM to pass a standard urine screen test. (Of course, anything more is a PLUS. However, this applies to coke & heroin only- i dont use other so idk) In DETAIL: All this blabbering about drinking lots of water, tea, etc, MAY help.. but the BOTTOM LINE and STANDARD number is 72 HOURS MINIMUM for a standard URINE SCREEN to show up CLEAN/NEGATIVE.. (ANYTHING LESS, and you're 99.9% likely to FAIL. Again, I've taken my chances and learned through trial and error.) So to give you an example of what I mean by 72 HOURS.. it means you MUST NOT USE for at least 3 FULL DAYS before your URINE TEST!!! OR, You will FAIL. TRUST ME. YOU WILL FAIL.. MEANING, I dont care if youre 115 lbs. and drink a lake if 72 hours have not FULLY passed since your last use/hit/line.

Simply put, now LISTEN: IF you have a urine test on Tuesday (Idc what time)..THE ABSOLUTE FINAL DAY YOU CAN USE & STILL PASS IS FRIDAY. PERIOD... Hence, you NEED to be CLEAN on SAT, SUN, & MON in order to PASS a URINE screen on Tuesday.(NO exceptions..like,"but I did only more1 line on sat afternoon. FORGET IT, youre F***ED) Get it? 3 FULL DAYS of NOTHING, and on the 4th day you will be FINE. I promise this..(only for C and H) Again, If you used i.e... 10 GRAMS on Monday night (even till 2am, anything more, youre pushing it) YOU CAN NOT PASS a URINE TEST if it's on TUE, WED, & THUR.. Idc if it was only 1 line on that Mon... on TUE, WED and THUR.. YOU WILL FAIL.but on FRIDAY, you will be FINE..

Trust Me.. I've tried it all, and for the past 15 yrs., this standard is what has kept my freedom and peace of mind.. So, if you care about yourself, and can stick to this discipline and control. You should be fine.. I've been : ) Oh, Personally, in case your wondering, I am 37 yrs old, 160 lbs, but even when I was 24 and 125 lbs, anything LESS than the MAGIC FULL 72 HOURS, the result was inevitable... FAIL. (note, keep in mind that tests have become become better, but there's a standard procedure.. why? why else. MONEY. Meaning, "a standard urine screen is a standard urine screen", now if you raise any red flags, THEN the more high tech/expensive further testing will come into play and you're prob screwed.) To SUM it all up in SHORT, ALLOW 3 FULL DAYS after your last use to PASS, and you be fine for your urine screen.

Once More, if you use on FRIDAY NIGHT, you better NOT have a TEST until the following TUESDAY... if it's on Monday, the Thur before is fine.. but use on Friday, and your F'd on Monday. Idc who you are or the 100000 gallons of water you drank. You cant pass if 72 ful hours havent passed. I think you all got my point.. Sorry for repeating myself and blabbering, it just DRIVES ME CRAZY when folks say anything less than 72, however, the more is always better of course. Got a question for ya, how much water did you drink and/or how many times did you urinate to get clean by Monday morning ? I get tested usually every other day, sometimes every 3. So say I smoke Tuesday at 6pm, you think it's possible to leave my system Thursday morning ?

i am on a methadone dose of 30 mgs and iv used 2 ten dollar doses of heroin.. I have a urine test that has to test positive for methadone but negative for .heroin. how many days before heroin shows negative on my ua?

Yes, there is a chance that it will be detected. Heroin is usually detectable in a standard urine test for approximately 5 days, after last use.

No it wont show anything on your test. Heroin comes out from the system 72hours which is 3 days. Plus if u drinking a lot of water like u said then its even less then 3 days. So don't worry u good!

I snorted some heroin for like a week n a half and it was like a $30 bag each day spread out over 24 hours & last time was abt 14 days ago it was my first time & I see a Dr. regularly as i am on oxycontin for the major pain n percocet for the break thru pain & I am looking at surgery in the near future and i'm hoping that my Dr. will change something with these meds b/c they arent doing the trick. this is my question i get a ua n a blood test in a couple of days is thr anything i can do so that the heroin wont show --I am really scared-please help

I'm male, in my late 20's, 5'11" and about 160 lbs. I sniffed one bag (about .1 gram) on a Friday night at around 7pm. Took a 5 panel urine drug test at court that following Monday at around 11am. Came up clean on the spot. I did drink a lot of water during the weekend and peed a lot but made sure I didn't drink too much on that Monday because if you pee clear they will give it a closer look. Usually it takes 2-4 days to get out of your system. I have a fast metabolism so I'm usually on the short end for drug tests.

Drinking a lot of water and exercise do help flush your system out quicker because opium is water soluble and exercise speeds up your metabolism and helps flush out toxins from your body. If your not a heavy and/or daily user and in decent shape then you'll probably be good in about 2-3 days.

You can always go and buy a self drug test from Walgreens or CVS if you want to check yourself.

CHELIY PLEASE DON'T LISTEN TO JOE!!! PLEASE!!! Just because u take methadone (as well as I do, 100mg for 2 yrs) does NOT HAVE ANY IMPACT ON HOW LONG HEROIN STAYS IN UR SYSTEM!!! If heroin only stayed in ur system for 4 hrs cuz ur on methadone then the methadone clinics wouldn't waste their time or money to make sure their clients were clean off heroin if there was only a 4hr period to test! The same applies 72hrs atleast b4 heroin (good heroin) leaves ur system sweety
