In general if all that you have is a batch # (and not the actual expiration date printed on the label or packaging), then you would need to contact the drug manufacturer directly so that that could look inside their system and cross reference the date with the batch #. I do not know of an external system or service with access to that data, but if someone else knows otherwise, please let me know!

I sent a message to the Drug Safety department using Cipla's contact form.
Because you were able to provide the drug name and batch #, they got back to me with the information requested:
The stated expiry date for Azee 250 from Cipla, batch # BA73335 is 31.08.2020.
I hope this helps!
For anyone else wondering the same, if you can share the name of the drug, the manufacturer, and the batch #, it should be possible to get the expiry date information from them.
