The half-life of Zopiclone is roughly 6 hours and the time it takes for it fully process out of the body is usually 5 to 6 half-lives, so 30 to 36 hours, after last taking it.

However, individual factors are always going to have an effect, such as your metabolism, overall health and etc. so this time frame isn't precise.
