I had very strong side-effects from this drug. I took one 150mg pill. The following morning I had nausea vomiting, diarhea, weakness, dizziness and what felt like arrythmia - later confirmed by a BP monitor that measures for it. I don't have a question but wanted people to know. The prescribing nurse practitioner blew it off but after seeing my internist and a cardiologist and taking numerous tests to rule out other causes, both doctors agreed that it was the Fluconazole. It's been over 2 months and I still get occasional episodes of arrythmias accompanied by weakness and fatigue. ## It is listed right in the precautions for the drug that Fluconazole can cause QT interval problems that can cause severe cardiac arrhythmias in some people.
