pharmasist gave me Flagyl 400mg/three times a day for a week. Is that dose effective to treat Tricomonasis?
Is the dose right or too strong? What are the side-effects when using Flagyl 400 mg?

Yes, that is pretty much the standard dosage used to treat Trichomoniasis, though the dosage can vary slightly depending on the severity of the infection and your body weight.

Flagyl contains the active ingredient Metronidazole.

Its side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and metallic taste in the mouth.

Are there any other questions?

My daughter is taking Flagyl. I was wondering can it make her feel bad. She went to the doctor for a bad stomach ache that will not go away. The GI doctor wants to make sure it is not some kind of bacterial infection she has two more days to take this. Should she still feel bad after 5 days of taking it.
