Hi,

What the guide says is to take it at night unless you take the intense formula then you take by the morning and at night. The guide also tell you which foods to avoid, the foods to increase and a lot of advice which I found of very good use. The guide is very complete and helps a lot, you get it when you buy femimore.

Some of these messages seem to be reps from the company, because they're going way too hard for this product. And, why would anyone purchase anything from a company in East Asia?!? They have different health regulations than here in the US... I would not trust it. Now, when it comes to getting an ass--your best bet is to eat healthy and workout. Take a high protein diet as well as do weight training on the specific region you want to enlarge. Take foods that are high in phytoestrogen (I think that's what it's called) so your body can mimic the body of a teenager when it comes to gaining weight in your hips and chest area. Where can I get Femimore or ShapeUp in 2018?

I used both Femimore and ShapeUp about 6 years ago for changing the shape of my legs, hips and butt & I was very happy with the results. Now I want to regain shape after gaining some weight and having two children but cannot find those treatments where they used to be sold. Can anyone help please?
