Erection Problems

Hi everyone. I'm a 24 year old male who has recently encountered erection problems.

I got married a little over a week ago. Before being married, I was sexually active but I remained a virgin until the wedding night. Prior to my issues: I would wake up erect every day and I would become erect very easily (my partner kissing me would cause an erection, rubbing up on me, etc, almost instantaneously). Also, after ejaculating, my penis would remain hard and I could easily keep pleasing myself/soon after please myself while remaining erect and being able to ejaculate again.

To make a long story short: I had no problem with erections, I was frequently and easily erect, and I would wake up erect.

On my wedding night, I had sex with my wife and it was great. I continued to have sex with my wife, multiple times a day, for about 6-7 days. No issues with my erection.

About two days ago, my wife and I had sex. It was great, but after we were done, we still wanted more. We use condoms, so after having sex and ejaculating, I cleaned up quickly (less than a minute) and put on a second condom. When the second condom came on, I wasn't as hard as I usually am (I was probably at 85% hardness) but figured I'd get hard as we had sex. To make a long story short, although I was erect, I was only semi erect, and my erection quickly died down as we tried to have sex, and would not come back so we gave up.

I've never had erection problems before. It's only been two days - but since then it is extremely hard to get any type of erection. Previously, a few kisses or some dirty thoughts, or some rubbing would get me completely hard in just a few seconds. Now it takes like 5-10 minutes to only get semi hard (like... 60-70% of how hard I used to get). Does anyone have any ideas on what's happening?

Some extra details:
1) I noticed that after having sex with my wife my penis would feel numb (I don't know if it's because of the sex, using a condom, or the combination of the two) but numbness would go away after like 2-3 minutes.
2) I've never tried to have sex right after ejaculating, could this perhaps have caused these issues?
3) My whole life I've had issues with my foreskin. I've never been able to have it retract until sex. The more I've had sex the more it's retracted. Could maybe the shock of my foreskin retracting have caused issues?
4) The night when the erection issues started, my wife was riding me really hard. I came and then went for round 2. Could the rough sex have caused issues?
5) Any other suggestions for me? Is 2 days too short of a time?
6) I haven't had sex with my wife since because I had to leave the country two-three days earlier than her. We should be reunited tonight.

Sorry for the long post. I wanted to give as many details as possible. Feel free to ask questions, and please give your feedback and advice. I'm just concerned that this is happening and it's odd that it's occurred only after trying to have sex a second time right after ejaculating. I barely get erect now and when I do, it takes a long time and is considerably less hard than it used to be.
