UpdatedTaking ECOSPIRIN 75 for more than 2 yrs. Now developed stomach and breathing problems.- Have feelings that I am going to die now. Cardialogist stopped ECOSPIRIN 75 now. Is it because of its side effects?, if so what to do to come out of this situation? what is next safest medicine to replace Aspirin for smooth blood flow?
