Drug Testing - Benzodiazepine, Opioids And Amphetamine

3 weeks ago I took about 7 pain pills over the course of a few days. 2 weeks ago I took one xanax. I am prescribed 20 mg adderall twice a day but I have taken 60 mg for the past 4 days. I had to take a urine drug test for a medical job today. What will my drug test look like?
