As to delivering it to the states, it is possible, however, since these medications are available in the U.S., thought not in a combine form, it is actually illegal to do so. I take dexamethadom and I just started takeing liqued methadome but I have been gething sick. Why? ## It could just be a side effect of the Methadone, it does cause that in many people. Need dexapostafen or equivalence in USA ## Dexapostafen contains the active ingredients Dexamethasone and Buclizine and there is no medication available in the U.S. that combines that antihistamine/antiemetic with the steroid. Buclizine isn't even available here, the closest equivalent we have would probably be Meclizine and you would have to take it and the Dexamethasone as separate tablets.
