The reason the world is such a mess is played out in this type of situation. It would have only taken a minute to look up her number, find out where she lives a...

Substituted for DARVOCET-N 100 TAB. Was prescribed for side stomach pain, but it made me very drowzy. What exactly is this pill for? ## This is a generic for Darvocet, the APAP is simply medical speak for 650mgs of Acetaminophen and the other ingredient is 100mgs of Propoxyphene. THIS IS A MILD NARCOTIC pain reliever, so that is my guess as to why it made you so drowsy, that is a very normal side effect. Others that you might experience include: nausea, dry mouth and constipation.

I have a renewed prescription of Propox -N - Apap 100 - 650 mg tablets. The renewed tablet is White in color which have 93-490 markings. My old tablet is pink in color and has 5114 marking. Did I receive the wrong pill on me renewed prescription? The labels on both bottles are the same, but the pills are different. ## white pill with marking L484, is this a darvacet? ## To the original poster, no, you did not receive the wrong medication. That is the same thing as what you were already taking, just manufactured by a different company. Once a drug is available for generic production, it can be made by many, many companies and each company will have to use a different marking on their tablets so they can be appropriately identified. ## Brenda: NO! That is most definitely NOT Darvocet. Tha...

green & yellow capsule imprinted with letters PML ## I got this pill as well, supposed to be darvocet but i don't think it is. ## I had to look up this same one the other day, and you are correct, IT IS NOT DARVOCET! This is Tramadol! ## I also found a yellow and green capsule with the markings PML on each half. I have been unable to identify this pill on the internet. What site did you say you found it on?

pink pill long 100 mg every six hours as needed ## I cannot confirm the identification from that description, but if you are certain of what it is, then I can tell you that this is a mild narcotic pain reliever. A generic for Darvocet, it contains Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene.

need to know what this is ## FOUND THIS DRUG IN MY DAUGHTERS ROOM ## Well, I am sorry to say that is these were not prescribed for her by a doctor, this is definitely NOT something she should be messing around with. This is a generc version of the mild narcotic pain killer Darvocet. It contains Propoxyphene 100mgs and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. It is the mildest narcotic you can get, but still a narcotic nonetheless. Therefore it carries the possibility of dangerous side effects and addiction. On top of that, Propoxyphene had been found to be a cardiotoxic agent, so it should never be used without a doctor's approval and supervision. The next question, of course, is whether or not your daughter knows what it is. Since most laymen don't know how to identify drugs, they have no clue...

pink oval with 890 and 93 on it ## This is not actually Darvocet, this is actually a generic for Darvon. It contains only Propoxyphene 100mgs, whereas Darvocet also contains Acetaminophen. This is, however, a narcotic pain reliever, just without the NSAID buffer.

However, it is a white oval with the markings 5113V on the front, the V is stylized as the companies logo. they are a hot pink pill, one side has the numbers 1772 and the other side has the letter M inside a square shape. Thanks ## This is a generic for Darvocet N100, a very mild narcotic analgesic. ## what do those numbers mean (100-650)and also how many mg are they? ## Those numbers are the milligrams. large dark pink lozenge shaped tablet What is this dosage? ## When it comes to Darvocet there are only two dosages available and the lowest dosage is very hard to find as most doctors don't prescribe it and most pharmacies no longer carry it, so this is the highest dose, 100mgs of Propoxyphene and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Darvocet N-100. ## I actually have the same pill, but have no idea. I was considering that it may be propoxyphene as you were, but have yet to determine what it is. Let me know if you find anything out. ## I did identify it in my post, that is what I am here for, I subsribe to a professional database just so I have access to the most up-to-date information to help people with these types of things, pill ids or needing more information about a certain ...

used for pain ## This is also known as Darvocet N-100. Unfortunately, since you did not include the imprint on the pill/capsule I am unable to tell you how much acetaminophen is in it, but the propoxyphene is 100mg. This is a schedule 4 controlled substance that has the potential for abuse and addiction. As a painkiller it is recommended for mild to moderate pain control. Side effects include confusion, euphoria, drowsiness, dizziness, among others.

PAIN PILL,PINKISH IN COLOR HORSEPILL ## If you are certain that is what this is, since you didn't post the pill imprint, this would be a generic for the mild narcotic pain reliever Darvocet, the strongest one available. It treats mild to moderate pain, doesn't work for everybody, and even though it is mild, it carries that same dangers as other narcotics, it can be addictive, cause respiratory depression and etc. Darvocet Info Click Here

small dark green and bright yellow capsule with PML on each colored half. Friend got off internet I dont think it looks like the pill she uses. ## darvocet is pink and not green ## The colors of Darvocet, since it is available as a generic med now, are entirely up to the manufacturer, there is no law that says all pills with the same ingredient have to be the same size, shape or color, so Tina is incorrect, they are NOT all pink, sorry. ## This pill is NOT DARVOCET! regardless of the color. It is a foreign pill, from Europe, and is the mild narcotic analgesic Tramadol.
