Dangers Of Ecosprin Overdose

Can taking too many tablets of ecosprin within a period of three days be fatal, and if so what are the indicators of something serious happening?

Yes, it could be fatal, or cause damage to the liver or stomach, as well dangerous bleeding, according to the NIH. The warning signs may include vomiting up a substance that looks like coffee grounds, rectal bleeding, severe dizziness, coma, and pain in the liver, or kidney area.

There may also be others. How many have you taken and what is the dosage?
