Have you talked to your doctor about it?
If you are getting them frequently and they are lasting for a long time, it could mean that your dose is a little too high and your bleeding too easily, which could be very dangerous.
Has your doctor been checking your INR levels regularly?

In regular cases, I'd suggest gentle, but firm massage to the area to help stimulate the circulation and break up the blood that gets trapped under the skin, which causes bruising, but in your case, this could just make things worse.
