Ciprofloxacin 650 Mg

My Son is given this tablet for diarrhea. He immediately developed rashes all over the body and suffered for almost a week.
Now he is suffering from flu. He is prescribed with wikoryl and clavam 65 (Amoxycillin).
will the allergy for Ciprofloxacin will have allergy to amoxycillin also?
