hay nko puro kc reklamo ..hehehe...cherifer pgm is just like an suplement 4 ur growth,,and base on my observation its working 2 fast on age 14 and above..specially 4 the boys ..kainitan eh..nsabayan ng kuwan..hehe

I'm 5'1 1/2 inch when i was 16 years old.. after taking cherifer plus EXERCISE.. (really a big habit) NOW IM 5'10, even my mom and dad are short, my mom is 4'10, my dad is 5'4

Yes! Cherifer Pgm 10-22 Does Work!

kailangan nyo lng nito:
1.Cherifer Pgm
2.Magsikap/Wag tatamadtamad
3.Exercise(important)
4.Stretchings
5.Patience

kasi naman kung take ka nga ng take ng cherifer wla naman exercise wla din mangyayare, una hindi ma eexercise ung bones nyo kaya magsikap tlga. at pag ka gising at bago mag sleep mag stretchings importante tlga. At lastly Patience kasi nd ka naman tatangkad agad sa isang week e. it takes 1-3 months bago mo makita ung improvements. at dapat laging positive tinker yun lang :) .
that worked for me.im 16 and i was 5'4 for about a year then boom. im 5'8 and growing men. :D ayy onga pala. dapat kumain ng marami! :D

I have a suggestion for you guys..
You can be taller fast without taking any supplement..
all you gonna do is WORKOUT!
but not to build muscles, you must to stretch you body, one of this step was hanging, touch toes, and two straight legs up and the down hill exercise.. DO IT EVERYDAY!!
it will increase your height, it will increase your height 2-3 inches in 6 weeks.. try it..

haha it work on me just take it in 3 weeks and i increase 3 inch and half yay for cherifer im only 15 years old my height now is 5'6 ^_^ still growing btw i take milk too at night maybe it could help

sabi nila dapat daw laging nag iistretching pag nainom nito para may effects,

bakit po nung bumili ako ng cherifer pgm mag kaiba ang kulay nung dalwang capsule na binili ko?

yung isa ay brown + red,
yung isa naman ay pure red tapos may nakalagay na high cgf + zinc

parehas cherifer pgm yun 10-22

alin dun sa dalwa ang mas effective?

It works differently on different people, but it seems like it worked on me, I'm Filipino and i started using cherifer since i was like 5 I stopped when i was 12 I was about 5'3 or 5'4 then I started taking it again after 3 months of my birthday I stopped when i was 13 and I was 5'6. Now i'm 14 and I'm about 5'7 or 5'8, And I'm starting it again now. I have already exceeded both of my parents heights but still, I want to be taller. So I guess I'll take a crack at the old cherifer again. Hope you guys see growth when you take cherifer, if not, go and try new kinds of vitamins and enhancers. I dont know. x'D
