blanco L7 ## After this long of a time period, I am unable to find a listing for a tablet with this marking, which may also be affect by the fact that it gives the impression of being a foreign tablet. What I do know, however, is that this is frequently misunderstood name for the medication Carvedilol, which is an alpha/beta block that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and congestive heart failure. By it's very mechanism of action, it may cause Raynaud's Phenomenon in some people, so it should only be used under proper medical supervision. Are there any questions I can help with? My doctor has prescribed Carvedilol 12.5mg 1 in the morning and 2 at night and Lisinopril 10 mg 1 in the morning and 1 at night. My pharmacy recently switched to Myla and now the tablets are almost identical. They are the same size, both round and white, and both with a big M on one side. The only difference is the microscopic numbers on the other side. The potential for confusion is very high. Safeway Corp has mandated this switch. How do we get either Mylan to change or Safeway to change??? ## You can't. As long as the numbers are different, then they are within the bounds of the law. Learn more Carvedilol details here. Learn more Lisinopril details here. I understand how confusing it can be, but the best and safest thing you can do is to leave the tablets in their respective phar...

Almost as small as a bb or pellet. A "z" or possibly a "n". Nothing on adjacent side. Found in a small vial brown glass white lid with quite a few in it. ## I can't be certain, but I have a suspicion that these may be 3.125mg Carvedilol tablets, they meet this description and have a Z on one side and though there is supposed to be a 1 on the other, it really doesn't show well on most of the tablets I have in my bottle. As I said, I can't be certain, but this is a possibility. Carvedilol is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Does anyone else know of any pills that meet this description?

Such information would be very dynamic and difficult to keep track of, anyway. The tablet you mentioned is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Inc. Have you tried asking your pharmacy if they can order it in for you?

I Found A Really Little Round White Pill That Has An N Or a Z. it does not look like it is from a commercial manufacturer. Any ideas? ## This is a vague imprint, so it is difficult to say what it is with any certainty, there are several possibilities. Just as an example, I have some tablets here that meet this description, they contain 3.125mgs of Carvedilol, which is used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac problems. They have a Z on one side and are supposed to have a 1 on the other, but the imprint of the 1 isn't very well done and can't be seen on most of the tablets. Where was it found?
