Hello, Hamma! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain.

It depends on what's causing the chest pain.

Betaprofen contains the active ingredient Ibuprofen, which so classifies as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and if you have high blood pressure or a cardiac condition, it may not be safe for you to take it, since it can cause fluid retention and elevated blood pressure.

The FDA lists its other possible side effects as including nausea, dizziness, headache and increased risk of bleeding.

Have you consulted your doctor? Are you on any other medications?
