I have been diagnosed high bp by doctor recommend med.RamistarA2.5 and metolar xr25 now my bp fluctuate 130/85to145/94
I am 45 yrs old i do physical labour everyday and do drink 120 ml whisky at night before meal everyday can i continue metolar xr25 or give up gradually
