Hi I'm mj..I am a beginner using a poll..yesterday was my first time taking the pill.but it was already the 11th day from my period..then now I planned to stop taking it because I just realize that it's not good for me because I was diagnosed having a cystic on my breast..
Is it ok to stop?..is there any side effect of it

Actually, oral contraceptives usually help with breast cysts, since they are most commonly caused by a hormonal imbalance that results in elevated estrogen.

As to stopping it, that is entirely up to you, no one can make you continue taking it.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and spotting.

Are you on any other medications? Are your periods usually regular?
