i'm taking clarittin 24 hour and tested positive for meth on a drug screen. I don't use meth., so I'm wondering if the claritin I took could account for the reading.

I'm not finding the Loratidine in Clartin listed as causing a false positive for Methamphetamine, though some of the antihistamines can cause a false positive for Methadone.

Have you taken anything else?
