The pill you have is an over the counter cold / allergy product.

Active ingredients are Brompheniramine + Phenylpropanolamine. A comparable brand name is Dimetapp

Troy is correct, and this tablet was discontinued in 2001.

The FDA listed its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, irritability, headache, and nervousness.
