Bleeding From Urinery

My wife (Age-25 years) give birth a baby 15 days ago by c section in nursing home. every thing was alright but sudden after 14 days of c section when she was walking in home she noticed that bleeding from vagina and again after few minutes bleeding came with urine. please suggest the cause. after taking 2 dose of Pause 500 its ok.
