Morning, I am on arv's for about 9years now and I have lost my nice body shape after taiking arv's. But I am fine in health, I just want to gain a few kilos so that I can have confidence on myself again. I am not working at the moment for me too consult a doctor before taking them. A pharmasic advised me to first consult a doctor. I am student, so I cannot afford at the moment to go to a doctor, and I would like to know whether I can use these Cipla Apetito tablest together with my arv's, and how much must I take of these pills(Apetito) as people said you get sleepy. I am just worried as I am distance learning student where I have to work hard for my studies. I really want to gain my confidence back again as I am now too thin(+-55 kg) and doest go above that. I just want to add 10 kg from what I look like and I also want to know what food/nutrition must I take if I have to use Cipla Apettito tablets, and how many must I ake daily. Kindly help 'm desperate to try.

Visit any Pakistanis shops and you'll find Appetite or else go to any pharmacy in South Africa and ask for "Cyproheptadine". They will give you tablets that have the same ingredients and effects as "Appetito". It helps boost your appetite. I was very skinny and started taking Cyproheptadine and Supradyn energy (Multivitamin) and I gained weight within two weeks. The two work perfectly. Cyproheptadine is very cheap so people can afford it. I'd start by taking 3 tablets of Appetito or Cyproheptadine tablets a day and 1 tablet of Supradyn. As the days goes by when your body gets used to Cyproheptadine, you can start taking 5 tablets a day before bed, and 1 tablet of Supradyn in the morning. And eat healthy food and regularly you will see the results within a week or two.

Guys always take Appetito or Cyproheptadine with a multivitamin supplement like SUPRADYN recharge(energy) or CENTRUM. I started taking 3 pills of Appetito at night before bed at the beginning and for the first days I had very lazy mornings with drowsiness. As the days went by I started taking 5 tablets of Appetito at 18:00 or later and 1 tablet of multivitamin ( I use SUPRADYN effervescent tablet) in the morning. I made sure I ate regularly / every 3 hour ( up to 6 times a day). I replaced my water intake (drinking) with full cream milk. I ate a lot of eggs, potatoes, cheese, margarine,beef,chicken,cabbage and etc...On top of that I had to be asleep by 8 or 9 pm. Within 2 weeks, I gained a lot of weight.

Hi. l just read this story and I'm experiencing the same problem. The only difference is that l'm not gaining weight even if l eat, so l was also thinking of buying apetito tablets to gain weight and be fit as this woman who wrote this. I really need them so that l have a great body.

Verwon (# 1) I've got a few from Apetito tablets from a friend for my son, I've given him a quarter from the tablet on Saturday afternoon and within an hour he started to eat better, that Sunday morning I gave him another quarter and that whole day hour upon hour he asked me for something to eat,he was not a big eater laatjie, I'll be over the moon if I can get more of these tables. I can say with 100%confidence that these tables work to boost your lack of eating for more food.
