is this a sufficient supply to begin to use this drug.

Did you end up taking them?

That would be enough to almost do a complete course, which would usually be 2 a day for 10 days, so 20 tablets, but you shouldn't take them unless a doctor has told you to and the presence of an infection has been confirmed.
