Zydus 100 Mg

I have Blod pressure 170/100 doctor prescribe me Olmy-A please give detail information of this drug. Pill contain Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 mg and Amlodipine 5 mg ## I am taking 1tab. OLMY - 20 along with 1tab. ASOMEX - R (Amlodipine 2.5mg + Ramipril 2.5mg) in the morning between 10-12am just after lunch since last 8 years but my BP continue to remain 160/110 and some times goes as high as 220/120 in both the cases I do not feel uncomfortable. Only yesterday my Doctor advised me to increase the Dose of OLMY from 20 to 40 to take in the morning and ASOMEX - R 1tab in the evening. I was taking losartan 100mg by Zydus z18, Walgreens changed to losartan 100 mg p23 lu and I got a headache, face red and very lightheaded and my head feels very heavy. Is this normal? Kvk tech oxycodone 5 MG do not seem to work unless I up my dose from the prescription directions.
